FAIL TO PREPARE - PREPARE TO FAIL



And in this case I'm talking about preparing food for work! I get home late from training, I got to get up at 6am for work but I still will get together the days grub for work. One of the best things is filling up a little container with a selection of fruit and veg to keep handy in the fridge at work in case you feel hungry. This one is carrot sticks, blueberries, strawberries and grapes.  I also use celery sticks, peppers and melon. Whatever I have at home to chop up or throw in. If I didn't have this then I would be off to the local shop and there aren't any healthy choices in there!
